Default Harley enthusiast help needed

This is my first post here.....and I don't own a Harley (although I wish I did). I'm here because I work at a Museum in Indiana, and we are having an exhibit beginning this spring called "Harley Heaven" which will highlight the history of this classic American machine. We'll have vintage bikes from as early as 1914, presented in a setting of photographs by Monika Merva from her "Biker Round Up" series created from images captured during the Sturgis, South Dakota's rallies.

I'm sure that this exhibition will have wide appeal, but I particularly wanted to let as many Harley Davidson enthusiasts know about this as possible. I wanted to get input from you all on how best to do this. I've spent hours surfing online looking for various groups, and finally decided to come directly to the source. YOU.

Any and all ideas are welcome. I've even thought about organizing an event to draw people in.

TIA for any help with this!

Susan

Is that the automotive museum? Tell us more.

If you have a web page, you might try posting the URL.

You might want to talk to some of the dealerships in your area. Ask them if you could leave a flier of some sort on their counter. Find out who the local “HOG” (Harley owners group) chapters are and let them know about the event. Maybe get them some fliers they can pass out to members during a meeting.

Susan,

I sent you a PM on where to post this in the regional and national forum towards the bottom of the main page. You will need to use a different title and have the location, name of your museum and the dates of the exibit listed.

Thanks so much for the input. We're a general museum located in Evansville, Indiana. I've posted about the exhibition below in the Great Lakes section of the regional posts. This is going to be a fantastic exhibit, and I'm excited to share it with everyone!
