Honda Tripplanner Problem

Honda Tripplanner Problem
The Honda Tripplanner is constantly saying I am not logged in when I AM logged in. It even shows my name in the upper right corner as logged in.
I try to save a trip (which I have already saved 6 of them) and it says I have to sign in 1st. I AM SIGNED IN!!!!
Anyone know what is going on here??

B4 you say to use Harleys or Base Camp, etc.... I tried ALL of them and Honda's is the BEST for me except THIS 1 issue.

This is actually a known issue now. They check the logins with current Honda owners. If you own a Harley they will not allow you further access.
I know you didn't want the above response but come on...you went on a Harley forum asking for help with Honda stuff.
Have no clue why Honda's stuff won't work. Do they have any contact info? Some sort of tech support possibly? Worse case scenario you might try a Honda forum.

This is actually a known issue now. They check the logins with current Honda owners. If you own a Harley they will not allow you further access.

The HELP area is minimal and no, no place to call or e-mail or get more in depth info.
Got so frustrated, just checked out the HD Ride Planner AGAIN and it appears to be working better than in the past. So I booked 14 - 16 sigments to find it said SAVED but it kept saving ON TOP OF itself. AAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
I will need to redo it.
Still would like to us the Honda site but ok.
