Registered yesterday but I regret i won't be back to post any more. This forum is useless for people with dial up connections. Takes forever for pages to load. This effectively locks out users with dial up connections. I have better things to do with my time than staring a blank screen. It's a shame because this seems like a very good forum. It just should have been set up better. Truckerdave.
You must really get cranky when you're surfing **** sites.
A LOT of people do not have access to hi speed net.
Heck, there's a huge area 15 mins from here that still doesn't have cable TV.
Some people have no choice, gentlemen
for those of you that get slow loads here, what browser are you using? (assuming you aren't on dial up of course).
I switched to Firefox and there is a significant improvement since doing so... not only here, but everywhere. This site was always a slow load for me with IE, now it is almost instant.
You can't beat free AND fast
p.s. oh yeah, and for those of you that don't have any choice but dial up, chances are your PDA gets a faster internet connection.. just a thought (though the booby pictures might be a little disappointing on that screen size)
