bought a couple things from them to see how they are to do biz with, prior to purchase i read about their 10 day return policy, ok cool, short but whatever.
items don't work, i call to get an RMA, guy says "man, after the 20% restocking fee and shipping costs to ship this back to us, you're better off selling them on EBAY."
good to know.
i've removed them from my approved retailers list
