Default RE: Anyone ridden the Pig Trail in Arkansas?

I did one trip up to Eureka Springs in April last year (didn't hit 23 unfortunately, but still rode around up there), and did another run into Arkansas through Oklahoma taking the scenic route up 259, over on 270 into Hot Springs, then up 7 a ways to Centerville. I took Talimena on the trip back and camped out at a great place along there.

Living in the Dallas area, I've come to realize that Arkansas is a fantastic place to take some nice long weekend trips. I can get to some good riding within about 180 miles of here, whereas the nearest hills in Texas are a couple hundred miles away down in Austin, and there are a LOT more hills in Arkansas once I get there.

I have to agree with what one person said about not appreciating where you grow up. I grew up mostly in Connecticut, and have now lived in Texas for more time than I lived there. I have to say I miss trees, coastline, and leaves changing in fall. On the plus side, I don't miss shoveling snow or raking leaves.
