Man this is like one of thoese helmet post.
Its a bike, two wheels and a real dependable motor. The guy has the wind in his face and his knuckles in the air.

Honda handed over a 1/2 dozen Valk's a few years ago to custom builers/companies.
The 6 resulting bikes were sent on tour with bike shows...and the Rune ended-up going into limited production.
It's an interesting looking bike when you start checking out the details. The ride very smooth - and handle VERY well for a bike of it's size.
I happened to see one of the Rune's when I was in Branson a couple of months ago. Just like all the metric cruisers...it's very odd to hear them fired-up. They are WAY quiet. Sounded like the guy was pulling away on a sewing machine.
