Call Rinehartand let them knowthe defect and that you'd like it to be replaced; that's what I had to do. They'll want a receipt showing your date of purchase, and then they'll send out replacement end-caps. However, a lot of folks have had their replacement tips change too. I got tired of the run around after my first round, and ended up replacing the tips with chrome slash-cut tips from Eastern Performance. Never had a problem since. BTW, nice bike - I like that color combination! Good luck buddy!

Bub has a 90 day warranty.
This from their website:
BUB Enterprises guarantees all merchandise against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of invoice. All returns must be accompanied by an original invoice from an authorized dealer and a return authorization number issued by the BUB warranty department. All returns are subject to inspection for determination of credit or replacement. Warranties are non-transferable.

Thanks Navitimer, I may do just that. But i need to know if the engine is tune right first! I guess that I will ahve to ask the dealer to put it back on the dyno and see.

brok02 don't give me an idea to spend more money on chrome,, chrome tips would look good though.
rguilbert you can change the tips yourself, no biggie,,, have your tech check the AFR on both exhausts.
