hi to all,
 \\;
i've bought from Zanotti's motors a complete Roland Sands JUDGE wheel + pulley + rotors set...
 \\;
i've found all codes with help from Drag Specialties guy.
 \\;
yesterday i received my two boxes.
 \\;
3450 USD shipped to ITALY.
 \\;
i've 2 DOMINO wheels, not fitting my bike.
 \\;
zanotti's says drag specialities has wrong code in its internet site, so i'm not in right to have replacement.
 \\;
so i've 3450usd useless material. no customer care.
 \\;
i'm looking for some help...
 \\;
thanx to all.
 \\;
Q.

Well I've ordered a lot of stuff from Zanotti's and have never had a problem. You should have some sort of record of your transaction, start with comparing the part# you ordered to the part# that they shipped you. If the number was wrong through Drag Specialties and Zanotti order what you gave them then you probably are screwed.
hi, thank you for your reply. i've ordered 0201-0417 and 0202-0416: RSD judge series, 06/07 Dyna wheels. please, search in Drag Specialties Fatbook. I've received 2 DOMINO RSD series, not fitting at all Dyna models (larger than stock fork). i asked for double check, wrote bike and model year. this is not my mistake. how can i control boxes? i'm in italy...
you might end up paying shipping but I am sure zanottis will make things right, they will probably take care of whole thing if they indeed did screw up.
Just looked those part #'s up on Zanotti's site. They're right Drag Specialties gave you the wrong part numbers, when you did the part's look-up you should have seen that 0201-0417 is a 21" for FXDWG your front tire on your FXDC is a 19" and the rear wheel part # Drag Specialties gave you is a 18" and stock on the FXDC is 17".
Sucks all the way around but in all fairness to Zanotti's when you look the part #'s up it does list the size of the wheel. Sorry.
I always send Zanottis an email telling them the details of my bike and what im wanting so that way they give me a quote and when i order it if i get the wrong thing i have that email as proof as to what I wanted. I have ordered time and time from them and havnet ever had a problem with them.

He could have intentionally ordered a 21"/18" combo, that's what my buddy just did on his street bob. \\;

I think you need to complain to drag specialties. \\; If they provided you the wrong part number they are the ones that should make things right. \\; I have ordered stuff from Zannottis on a Monday and it has arrived at my house on Tuesday all at 20% off retail price. \\; I haven't had any problems with them at all.
