Never had enough of a need for a trailer to buy one. Have used the u-haul 5'x'9 ramp trailer the 2 times I have needed to haul my bike and it worked great. 30 bucks or so from Vegas to Phoenix and about 65 bucks from Phoenix to Portland, Or.&nbsp\\;Not sure how comfortable I'd be hooking up the RK to that towing system. &nbsp\\;

No way...if you are going to trailer your ride, an enclosed unit is THE only way IMO . Road grime, gravel, road kill etc. will mess your **** your up!!! I highly suggest that you rethink this setup.

No way.&nbsp\\;If I had to tow I would want both wheels off the ground and preferably covered.

In 1976, my buddy and I drove a VW Bug with one of these things hooked up so we could deliver his brother's bike. We drove from Terre Haute, Indiana to Tacoma, Washington. The drive over the Rockys was hairy. Other wise it worked fine.

My need for a trailer would be if my bike broke down. I think this is a great idea and easy to load. I see them out and about all the time. I would buy one.&nbsp\\;
