None of the programs you mentioned are 3D. "Chop Shop" is a 3D program, you can rotate the image to any angle view you want. It is a virtual model not a 2D image.
I work in AutoCAD which is a powerful 3D program(it costs $~4K). "Chop Shop" is designed to allow predrawn objects to be "assembled" into a 3D model of a bike. It is very limited, hence the price is very low. Very handy for visualizing different designs.
