i purchased a set of crash bars from blackcherry flx on may 15th and havent recieved anything yet.even after telling him i was in an accident and needed them to put my bike back together. \\;i also got a hold of paypal and he hasnt even responded to them on june 3rd he finally emailed me again and nothing since below is what i was told the kicker is he said i know ithey were shipped and then he said if they even left my office just wanted to let everyone know to be careful

got the payment! \\; They will go out tomorrow! \\; I will provide a tracking number when they go out. \\; They will be shipped via UPS and are packaged very well so I know they wont get scratched up in transit.

I was out of town and havent logged into my account. \\; I am sorry I have not replyed to you sooner. \\; I will have to track down the shipping info from the shipment. \\; I can tell you they went out via UPS. \\; I dont have the info. \\; It is at my office. \\; I will get it when I get back to the office. \\; I will also go back and track to see if they even left the office. \\; I will start to poke around. \\; I am very sorry they havent arrived and will do my best to track down the location of your item. \\; All I can tell you at the moment is that they were sent via UPS the day after payment was recived. \\; I will start tracking. \\; Call your local distrabution center to see if they have it sitting or if they tried to deliver and they didnt leave it. \\; I am truly sorry for the inconvience this has caused and will fix it ASAP!
Sounds fishy. If the bars were shipped from a UPS Store location, the tracking number is e-mailed to the sender within a hour. If shipped from his business location, the number is issued immediatley upon processing the shipment. He should have had that tracking number available to give to you the day he shipped it. Besides he could always track the shipment himself on line. There is no reason to call UPS yourself. The tracking number provides all transit info. If the shipment was lost, the shipper must file a claim, not the recipient. Until you receive it, it is HIS problem. I'd keep after this guy.
It's possible that he had someone else at his office ship them - a shipping clerk - and he was headed out of town at the time. \\; Don't jump the gun - but load it!
