The problem I have with Jap bikes is the same one I have with Foriegn cars - an economic one.
Buying one adds to the trade deficit. Our trade deficit has significantly increased supply and decreased demand for Dollars - this is what has caused the dollar to slide so far on world markets, and one of the main reasons we are paying $4 for a gallon of gas. If you keep buying all this foriegn stuff, this will GET WORSE. Since this affects me as well as you, do me a favor and by a Buell. Thanks you.
I run into azzholes all the time. \\; They ride all brands of bikes. \\; I personally don't care what you ride. \\; As long as your knees are in the breeze and you're doing your thing not hurting anyone else, why should you care what anyone else thinks? \\; The fact that one would ask that seperates them from I think a real biker is and isn't.
I have a very close friend who just traded in his FLHTCUI for a Yamaha Raider. \\; I was dissappointed, but it was his choice. \\; I told him I wish he would've kept the Ultra and bought the second bike, but that it wasn't my decision to make. \\; When he replied that Harleys were overpriced, underpowered, status symbols and that Harley sold an image to those that desperately needed one, I set him straight. \\;
The best thing was when we were at a concert in Nashville and some cute girls asked us about our scooters (we were wearing our Sturgis shirts). \\; When my buddy told them that he traded his Ultra in for Yamaha, one of the girls nearly fell down she laughed so hard! \\; I just sat there smiling \\
To some maybe,not all by any means.The bros who really love to ride,ride with bros and sisters,not their bikes.The ones that are bias,just have not learned yet.Or maybe they are trying to be someone they will never be!Live to ride!!!!!!!
hi all, I just came on here to hopefully prove a point, I ride a SS bike and so do most of my friends, and I'm here not to start anything but just curious. Is there a hatred between the HD and Jap bikes, I know it sounds absurb but yeah I am asking, and why, and I don't want to hear that they are just organ donors because that is simply not true, so yes I am getting to the point of why, and no harm intended, thanks for your time

Most learn to ride on jap bikes, me included. Consequently I don't have attitude about metric riders. But the resentment toward HD riders from metric riders is as well prevalent. And bad,rude cycle jockeys come on all makes and models. \\;Barr none.
