The problem I have with Jap bikes is the same one I have with Foriegn cars - an economic one.
Buying one adds to the trade deficit. Our trade deficit has significantly increased supply and decreased demand for Dollars - this is what has caused the dollar to slide so far on world markets, and one of the main reasons we are paying $4 for a gallon of gas. If you keep buying all this foriegn stuff, this will GET WORSE. Since this affects me as well as you, do me a favor and by a Buell. Thanks you.

I have the numbers for 2006.............Hd produced 349,000 units that year

interesting. \\; in your op, you say "I'm here not to start anything ". \\; From the responses so far, it is clear that most people here could care less what other folks ride, and that there is a general consensus that there are asshats on both sides of the fence... and yet, here you are trying to stir the pot.
Did you have an expectation for some other type of response.. getting flamed, people "hating" you, just because you ride a metric?... so, what, you are disappointed for not getting the reaction you expected, so you are making attempts to rile folks?
