Default Battery disconnect method

There is a post on here about a dealership leaving a cable to the battery loose. I answered that I left one of my cables loose, even though I still can't believe I did.
&nbsp\\;
A little bit after my loose cable problem, I read that the best way to temporarily disconnect your battery was to disconnect the ground, at the frame, just forward of the battery. This way you don't disturb the connection at the battery. It made sense to me.
Is there any feed back on doing it this way?

Default RE: Battery disconnect method

That's how I've always done it, but I always check the ground on the battery, also, before I hook back to the frame.
