Great pics. Recognize some of them. \\;Route 66 H-D is right here in Tulsa. And been to the Cadillac Graveyard outside of Amarillo. Hopefully, you had a chance to go to Palo Duro Canyon just South of Amarillo.

And, no, didn't make it to the Palo Duro Canyon Danny, but loved that whole area. That Tulsa Dealership had amazing staff, we were shooting it for ages in there.
Didn't buy loads of stuff there, maybe 80-100 bucks\\\\\\; but they gave us as we were leaving loads of gifts. Couldn't believe that. The girls all kept on hugging my Mom. Lol. She liked that.
It was there that I learnt about that bell thing that goes on the bottom of the bike, we don't have that in Europe, noone's even heard of it. Anyhow, my Mom bought me a really nice silver one with Route 66 HD on it. Thought that was a fitting one for the trip. It was one of the girls that suggested it. ......Real nice.

That really is special, sure wish mom was still allive and I could do similar, mom was a tuff old bird till the last she would have loved it, you are a lucky man. Say hi to mom for us all

Great pics and story. You should have stopped by Mother Road Harley Davidson in Kingman AZ. Very nice people there. Bought 2 bikes there from Reagan. Good salesman and nice guy.

Anyhow, we took a detour when we hit Kingman, and hooked a right to Vegas. Damn near ran outta gas too, hell, not one freakin' gas stop from Kingman to that dam place. (Hoover Dam) Thing was blinking for miles.
