Here are two really good sites if you want reliable information. Bike world has tested around 90 helmets. The high priced ones aren't necessarily the best ones. Do a little reading and reach your own conclusions. Ride safe.

In a full face helmet look for one with good size ear pockets on the inside. It will make for a more comfortable fit in the long run. Some full face helmets have no ear pockets at all and squeeze your ears into the sides of your head. It really hurts after a long while. I wear a Shoei price but my head is worth it.

Is anyone here using a full face helmet with a Bluetooth device? I don't mean as an add-on. I'm looking at a helmet that comes with Bluetooth installed already, for phone or MP3. Price is realy not an issue, just quality.

Helmets are like girlfriends. Seasonal and you got to find one that fits. They need to be changed out regularly. An uncomfortable helmet will drive you insane. The wrong one can be too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. You damage them if you drop them and they do age. You can pay way too much for a helmet and still not be satisfied. Just my opinion.

I do not wear a helmet ever, but then I ain't the sharpsest tack in the box. The picture above is my girlfriend with a 3/4 helmet. \\; A full face helmet would have prevented all the face trama. \\; You decide!

Well Im enrolled in the motorcycle safety class and I want to get my helmet before class starts. I have decided to get a full face helmet for starters.
