Kickstand problem

Also when I went over a small speed bump today it dragged so I know there is something wrong. Its real loose. When its in the down position its no problem. Hold the bike upI checked the bolt and its real tight and the spring seems to have a good amount of tension.Any ideas?

I'd check the screws which hold the kickstand plate to the bottom of your scoot to it's frame, they may have come loose.

I am going to try a new spring. \\; I did hit a speed bump and bottom out the other day and may have bent something also. \\; Didnt think of that til this morning. \\; the stand itself is loose in the slot in the bracket that it comes through only when its up
