When I go to J S Jacks website it says domain name has expired.

And I just ordered a jack that was supposed to have been left on my front step last Thursday. Not there.

I just tried their site and it was up and running. Maybe their server was down earlier or something. They are up right now. www.jsjacks.com

Yup, Drat, they are back. Also, Cheryl from JS Jacks just called (on Saturday, no less) to say they will check with the delivery service to find out what happened to the lift that they sent me. In any case, she will send another one on Monday, this time requiring a signature or allowing me to pick it up from the local delivery hub. I am very relieved and impressed with their response!
