Take it to an independant. They won't have any qualms about doing over 70 mph. Unless they think your bike will kill them.

I told my HD dealership my motor jumps up and down at 80 MPH. They did not fix it but told me not to drive 80 MPH. Come to find out the motor mount was bad. And the front tire needed rebalanced. The dealer will give you a hard time fixing any they did wrong.

If its wobbling on decel I had that issue when my rg was new (but not at 85) It was the neck bearing adjustment was too loose from set up. The pulling and possibly a constant wobble may very well be from alignment, not to mention a bad tire or a horrifically improperly balanced tire.

You might want to have the front fork nut checked for proper adjustment. If it's loose it may cause wobble. A sign of a loose front fork is rattling in the front end over uneven pavement such as railroad tracks and such. This was actually the case with mine after I took delivery of it. You may also want to check wheel and tire trueness. You can do this by raising the bike on a jack and just spinning the front tire. You should be able to tell if your rim and tire is true. You may also want to look at how many balancing weights are on the front tire, this will tell you if the tire may have possible defects. IMHO if you have more than 2 weights in close proximity for the purpose of counterbalancing an assembled wheel, is just too many. But that's just me. The wheel alone should not factor in the balancing as its weight is fairly evenly distributed. Once the tire is added this is what is usually balanced. Keep complaining to the dealer because whatever the problem is, front end wobble is dangerous and you should get it fixed.

Good luck and I hope you get it fixed..

Loose head nut, spoke wheels, unbalance fork oil, front/rear alignment maybe... definitely something amiss...

Mine did it at low speeds when I had the fork fluids changed... when I take my hands off the handlebars... Lesson learned,,, dont do that !!!
