Default Ran out of gas....
I ran out of gas late last nite and pushed my baby 4 miles...I have reserve on it and went to switch it from ON to RES and the tank was dry, this has never happened before. My reserve holds atleast 1/2 gallon. Any Ideas??? SORE LEGS TODAY.

I am definitely no expert but on the only carb bike I have ever owned if the valve was not all the way over to ON then the petrol would leak from the reserve which meant when you were out ... you were out!

Are you sure you didn't have the pepcock on reserve?

Use the trip odometer to monitor fuel left also.
