GREAT - me and my Fatboy already feel like redheaded stepchilden - now I'm finding one more reason we're different. wasn't it bad enough we have that wide front tire, small front fender, larger than life handlebars, solid wheels - now I find out we're missing holes in the fenders..... oh Lord - what next??

Dr Phil - we need you!

no the "fall away test" is when your bike falls down and if the hole is still the same shape then your bike is ok. Trust me...

Just call your dealership, they should have them in stock. If they don't stock the OEM hole for the '08, tell them to just look up a '07 fender hole, the specs are the same.
And don't take any crap from them about being on back order, they have them, they just act like they don't so they can force you to let the techs install them for big money. Let us know how it turns out.

That's funny.

Tell them you want the punched hole, not the drilled one.

You guys are hilarious..., and all this time I thought HD was trying to keep sheet metal costs down.

Looks like Harley broke the bank on the Fatboys

My old sporty & now my softail have it, all my buddies Harley's have holes there, what gives?!?
