Ditto on that recliner vs bed, thing.

Being the Ol' Geez I are, I have my own personal nurse. Shoot me an address, and I'll ship her out to Mass.
(So what does an Ol' Geez do with someone like this? Dream, of course )
Now, git to 'mending' and shopping online for scoot parts and updates.

thanks everyone for all your kind words, they are very much appreciated and help me get through. it has not been easy, but i am managing. as i said, i was an inch or so away from death, so i count my self lucky. the fractures are of course on my right side, which is my dominant hand. Now i have to re-learn how to do things with my left, which makes things take a little longer. getting dressed takes 20 min, for example. to rockytoprider, thanks especially for your words from your experiences. Percocets and lots of Motrin have been my best friend!
