I received my package in the mail today and it had been opened and the contents removed.
I called the USPS to complain and all she did was take my information and said she was sorry and that some one would call me in the next few days.
At first I thought that it had something to do with hurricane Ike but it looks like the package was torn open and contents removed.
The customer service agent said that all lost parts are sent to 2 lost parts centers in the country and if it was labeled it they would call the person / owner to make arrangements to send it to them.
I guess that you have to label every individual part with name, address, and a telephone number just in case it is misplaced.
