What do you guys think is the best motorcycle insurance? I have Safeco, they are the cheapest, ($150 less the progressive) but I have been reading bad reviews on the web about their claims. I also have read bad reviews about progressive, but 2 months ago a friend of mine dropped his bike, the damage was about $3000. Progressive wrote him a check 2 days later, and did not dispute dealer damage evaluation. Have any of you made claims with Safeco or Progressive and had bad luck?

i've got car, truck, boat, and my camper with progressive. over the years I've filed several claims with no problems, also cheaper then any others.

I use 21st Century. I think they were bought out recently by AIG. I have been pleased with them for car insurance for over 30 years. They never did insure bikes until recently and I switched over to them.
