Sounds like you have already been drinking. Need some bail money? No seriously. It is different but that's anything new. People who currently ride with it say it only takes a few miles to get the hang of it. They have blogged on the webpage.

Thanks for the advise. I'll check out that product. The point is to make it easier, not more difficult. It's basically like swinging the heel shifter around and pushing down instead of lifting up. Thanks though!

If I didn't want to shift, I'd buy a Ridley.

so....you 'shift down' to shift "UP"?
I guess...if I am in 5th gear (2004 model) and I forget and try to shift into a non-
existant 6th gear.....I would be in 1st?
I don't know about downshifting to up shift. It may add chrome.....and for $300+....
I hope to do something more coherant.

Just curious, what don't you like about it?
I really just might forget which one I'm pressing down on. If the product works for others then great and I hope you make money on it. I've shifting up and down for way too many years to change now.

I learned how to drive an 18 wheller that had two shifting sticks and I used to get lost doing that. So I say I will keep what I have and know how to use. But P.T. Barnum said there was one born every minute.

The only benefit of this I can see is if your wearing some new white tennis shoes, you won't get them dirty by upshifting. I only wear boots so this product doesn't do me any good. G/L with the invention though.

I hate shifting up because of nerve damage in my left leg. Therefore I like the heel shifter but it limits the use of the footboard. I like the looks of it. I hope you sell a ton of them and lower the production and selling price. Good luck.
