I have bought a few things from them, they always have a quick email repsonse and fairly fast shipping to the west coast.
I just bought a T Bag from them and they shipped the same day I bought it

I've ordered a number of items over the past 5 years and found their prices to be very good and shipping to be fast, however if you receive an item that is a factory blem or factory damaged they will tell you to contact the manufacturer. That I don't like.
