Of course they will be at fault & they were probably too close but if I read it correctly it was 5PM rush hour & they were getting on the freeway. If the FatJerk didn't pull the crotch rocket move, the accident would not have happened. And we all know if Juno said it was a "crotch rocket" instead of a a "fatboy" in his description it would have been the crotch rockets fault totally here. I've seen that move too many times with ricers & I'm waiting for a chain reaction in front of me caused by an ******* & if he does it on a harley instead he's still an *******.
You are correct. If the biker didn't do what he did, the accident MAY not have happended.
IF the old bag didn't slam on her brakes, the accident also MAY not have happended.
IF the rump riders weren't tailgaiting, the accident DEFINITELY would not have happended.
HD or rice rocket no matter.
How do you the old lady was startled by the bike anyway. Maybe she was startled by her involuntary incontinence.
Yep you might be right but since I wasn't there & didn't see it & the eye witness didn't say it I would have to think it was a really bad move by the cycle driver.
I wasn't there either nor did I see it...could we both be right?
Either way a dumb and reckless move started the chain of events...
The others that rear ended her were obviously tailgaiting. If he had stopped he would not have received an at fault ticket in my opinion.
When he pulled in front of her, he was much closer to her then the motorists behind her. I guess in your opinion that makes her a tailgater. In this state one is required to signal before a lane change, and make the lane change with sufficient clearance. Since I was there Ken, and you weren't, I know he did neither of both. The officer is pulling the video from the traffic camera on top of the light. So lets hear your next professional analogy.
The guy may have been riding like a dic but I'd say he was not the cause of that accident.
I think I have to respectfully disagree. Cause and effect. If the Fatboy Rider hadn't acted like an idiot, the accident wouldn't have happened. Ergo, IMHO, his fault.
I think you meant to say "Fatboy RIDER causes accident". Please don't make all Fatboy owners look bad.
Well it might have been just a Fatboy gone bad.
We can treat them all alike but now and again for no reason one just goes bad on us. It happens in the best of families.
