Send me whatever it is that you need drawn up. I will make detailed drawings in 3D for you to present to people. I will sign a waiver if you want me to. I have been through enough with people ripping my wife off for her idea that I dont want anyone else to suffer with that.
After the drawings are generated you can take them to a competent machine shop (like the one I work for) and have them make it. I suggest you do that on the local level.
I will make your drawings for free and then if you make it big, you can remember me later. Call it an investment if you want.

I am not saying that filing a patent is EASY... but it is possible by someone that does not have an army of lawyers.
