Now listen up people! We’re riding two 400 mile days to get to Sturgis by Monday. Ya, I know I ride a rigid pan head bobber that my grandpa built for me. So if I can do it, you can too.

About 5 yrs ago, I did a li'l over 500 in one long azzed day on mine. But I know, I couldn't do that again, unless I used an Air Hawk or a really fluffy pillow.
This summer, my longest in one day was about 350, and then did it again the next. But the jacuzzi felt "WAY GOOD".
Last summer, 2007, I had this 'dream' of riding to Sturgis. It was my 35th Sturgis anniversary, I turned 55, and the Capn was 42. But alas, the economy bit Momma and Me in the shorts, and we were unable to go, period.
Many, MANY yrs ago, I wouldn't have thought twice about doing it, but that was 'then'.
