I just got back from a ride into Fort Worth. Prob 35 miles each way. Was in short sleeves and lovin it. Yesterday was a little chilly for no jacket.
Yeah...super nice day....went to the Kawasaki shop in Grapevine to pickup a throttle cap for my dirt bike....79 warm degrees...t-shirt weather.....nice ride this afternoon....
Just teasing, no offense meant. I had a sportster too when I was little. In all seriousness I did own a brand new 1981 XLS Roadster/Sportster. Loved that bike.
Yeah, riding season's pretty much over here in New England.
With daytime temperatures topping out in the high 30's I decided to throw the battery tender on and covered her up.
I'm pretty psyched that we had a real mild Fall Foliage season and that I got a lot of ridin in.

Wife and I took a nice loonng ride today, 60 degrees with sunshine. Temp already dropping as for the next couple weeks high maybe 50, if lucky, even predicting white stuff on Turkey day. Not looking forward to this winter at all.
Last night 10 degrees, today 24 degrees and tonite 12 degrees. I am hoping for another handful of 35-38 degree days and preferably w/out snow. Forget a snow machine. Oh they are fun as heck but you think you got problems being broke down on a motorcycle try being broke down in the middle of no-F'ing- where forrest back 40.
