no to dunlops

I replaced the Dunlops within 3,000 miles. They're dangerous tires in my opinion and Harley needs to seriously think about taking them out of service as OEM equipment. They're very hard, track every line feature in the road, have about as much grip as snot on a doorknob. I put Avon Venoms on and they completely transformed the bike.

Never had any probs with my Dunlops...and I can ga-ron-tee ya they've been in the rain on my scoot...one-up...two-up...puttin along backroads...haulin **** down the superslab...no probs at all. I change out the rear tire every 10k...and the front tire every 20k...like clockwork...solid, dependable, with no surprises.
Only time I need to take it easy on them is when they're brand new and I usually run easy in the rain anyway.
