according to a few the bikes of SOA are true to the 1% form. At least in the west.
Now interestingly enough the H.A. own thunderheader(according to info. I have recently read)... If a rival 1% MC to the H.A. is running thunderheaders aren't they then contributing funds to their rival MC? Kinda like chevy using ford trucks for their work fleet.
Thoughts...
I know Sonny Barger is in a thunderheader ad, that's probly as far as it goes. Thunderheader is owned by Rich Products Co, they may be an affiliate, but I doubt they're HA's themselves.
According to some research Rich Products is owned by HA's. Also spoke to a buddy of mine whos been riding for 40+ yrs that was a hangaround with the club back in his younger days in Cali. He only runs thunderheaders and he confirmed that the HA's do have majority ownership in Rich Products.
Are you saying the Hells Angels Motorcycle Corp (the entity that owns their trademarks and logos) owns Rich Products, or a member of the Hells Angels owns Rich Products? There is a difference.
If the Hells Angels Motorycle Corp owns them, then technically yes, people that buy Thunderheaders are contributing money to the club. If a member owns the company, then those same people are simply supporting a company whose owner happens to be a member. Nothing indicates the profits of his business go straight to the HA. Even if you dug deep, I bet you couldn't pull up that evidence.

It is not some rule that members of one MC cannot offer support to members of another "rival 1% MC". They are not mortal enemies. Often there is a mutual respect. Now if one club infringes on another club's territory then that is another matter. So I've heard.
