Default Blower installed!

We finally got the Procharger on the Road glide. Runs and sounds wicked to say the least. Will try to get some better pics up later.

Man that is awesome! Are you going to put it on a dyno? I'd love to see the numbers.

Also, did you beef up the engine in any way? What kind of boost numbers are you aiming for? The pictures show stock headers, did you change the mufflers?

Details, we need details!!

The motor is bone stock except for SE211 cams and hardened pushrods. Had it on the dyno today, and they stopped at 160hp @ 12 lbs boost. The fuel system fell on its face, and the stock exhaust is killing her also. There isnt an exhaust system available for the 09's yet. Hopefully Rinehart will be to market soon with theirs. With some good head pipes and plenty of fuel, should be no problem to hit around 180.

So that's a centrifigal, like the Prochargers they make for LSx motors? Are you still using stock injectors, and where in the RPM curve does it start coming on?

Yeah, same centrifugal as they use for all their applications. The system came with larger injectors, but still arent putting out enough. I dont know exactly what size they are, they have the yellow rings on them. Boost comes in hard at about 3300. The dyno chart goes straight up. Anxious as hell to get bigger injectors and a good exhaust on the bike.

Way to go, sounds like a real monster, and I was thinking about adding a NOS shot to mine, but looks like the procharger is the way to go, looks bad a$$.

I looked at those, I like the intercooler idea, makes sense. Don't shoot your eye out!

What have you done to rein in the torque for a clutch? what about a good set of slipon mufflers.Kromewerks HP 100's is one to consider.there are Co'c that will custom make mufflers. My 175hp machine has a set of 2 1/2" ID custom stainless mufflers on a tuned true dual exhaust.Good Luck
