Well, how about enlightening us with regard to this 'propaganda' we are supposedly being fed? Apparently you're getting a different story than the rest of us.

It's a damn helmet...people need to grow some thicker skin. I am pretty sure that no one buys and wears a german style helmet with the sole purpose of pissing off people and promoting ****-ism. They just look cool to some. I know a black guy that rides with a chromed one. He's 78. It's just a helmet. That's all. If it offends you, go up to the next guy you see wearing one and tell him.

Ya know...I've often wondered how these people get through the trials and tribulations of everyday life without blowing their freaking brains out.

German Helmet: http://www.german-helmets.com/homepa...B-homepage.jpg

US Army/SWAT Helmet of today: http://www.tiger111hk.com/images/Com...t/IMG_0378.jpg

WWII US Army helmet: http://www.diggerhistory.info/images.../us-helmet.jpg
This design was eventually rejected because it not only offered better protection to soldiers, but it also got them shot by their own because it resembled the German helmet. It was designed to replace the British helmet but did not see much use.

If they are UN American, why are the Army and SWAT wear the same design?

Sorry, but I prefer the real one myself. Looks more kine betta to me.

Wear what ever you want.

Next someone will be saying it's "un American" to drive a BMW or Mercedes yet they drive a jap piece of crap car.
We all lost relatives and friends in past wars, even me, yet most of us don't whine about it any time it's mentioned up like some do.

I'd drive a VW if I could afford one so I guess that "promotes Nazism" too?
What a bunch of whiners...... ONE more reason to not belong to any MC club or group and wear German helmets and have Iron Cross designs on stuff.
