the best leather company around,IMO, is right here in portland oregon...Langlitz Leathers...go to their site...you want quality they are the company...all custom made to size.

A closer look at the size chart shows that on the largest size (2XL) that the thigh is only 13.4" per half making it 26.8" total which would be way to small. Thanks though!
You might luck out and find his size ... but I would definatetly look into having some custom made. He can't go wrong with having them form fitted. A good comfortable fit is soooo important on equipment you intend to get a lot of wear out of. Well worth the investment.
I'm a big boy, I found a pair of a$$less chaps at a biker rally. 10x for $100, heavyweight leather, y2k zippers, two snaps at the bottom. Tell your brother to search rallies. Hope this helps.
