Canada Bill 117
Don't know if this has been posted as of yet but proposed Bill 117 has been defeated here in Canada. If it would have passed it would have restrict children under 14 years from riding as a passanger on the back of a motorcycle. The authors of the bill could not support there claim for the number children being hurt while riding on the back of a motorcycle. Thanks to all that emailed and contacted there MP in Ottawa giving there views on the Bill.

Wow glad to hear that one went down in flames! The NANNY state never gives up shoving it's nose into your business. They figure they can legislate every waking moment of your life to protect you from yourself... All I can say is: "Hey you morons I'd rather live my life with a few risks than have you idiots meddling in my business!"

A lesson to be learned here fellow canadians. Most people sat on their collective A _ _es when the idiot politicans rammed the gun laws down our throats, and we all know what a blunder that was. At least this time the collective spoke loud and clear to the idiot politicans ,and this crap legislation was defeated. Any one who believes that the idiots who make it to Ottawa are going there with mine and your best interest at heart lives in a fools world. Its all about the "$" and how they can line up @ the trought to fill their and their friends guts with the perks we all pay for.
