Does anyone have any information or can point me in the right direction for finding a specific tail light lense? My father inlaw has a 1990 FXR custom low rider. The tail light lense has an area that was melted from the bulb and I would like to replace it for him. The part number on the lense itself is- SAE ST DL-70. I've looked high and low on the net with no success. Any help out there is greatly appreciated!
Thanks for the reply. i appreciate your assistance. Unfortunately this particular lense won't work for his bike. The bike actually has a bobtail type fender where the tail light lense has a wide and short diamond-like shape to it. From what I have gathered, only a few hundred of the FXR low rider bikes were made like this. I have tried searching for the part number that is molded into the lense with no luck. i will get a picture of the lense soon and post it. Again, thanks for your help!
