I put something like that on mine a few years ago. Not sure who made it at the time but do remember them going out of business. Found some on Amazon last year and bought spares in case I had a failure.
The ones above a a bit more expensive but they have signals too. I wouldn't have needed to put a signal bar on the fender it those had been available.
