Just got my copy today and went out today to give some of it a try. I have to say, it's great stuff! I am no novice bo no means, but like i mentioned before i got ran off the road 20 years ago and just got back on a Harley. I knew my first day out that i was rusty and was riding scared (don't recommend it) plus with all the people on phones and texting I knew I wanted something to help me with my riding. This DVD has a ton of great tips that I beleive is going to help bring back my skills and courage. I really love the simple idea of where you look is where you go! I was having a little trouble last week with turning right into a double lane road and staying in the same lane I was in. This simple tip made me forget about it and I thought about the DVD and was doing perfect for the whole ride. Texas is a beautiful place to be in the winter! I highly recommend this DVD to any rider new or old.
Ordered mine Sunday so it should be here tomorrow. Can't wait to get it. just got my bike Saturday and have already ridden a little bit but can't wait to get the DVD.
Is it associated with the Ride Like A Pro classes? I've got a buddy here in the burbs southwest of Houston that teaches the class. I couldn't believe the difference after taking the class!!! You aren't kidding about, "Where you look...you will go!" I'm fixing to take it again just to refresh!
I got RLAP5 from Amazon about two months ago. I would highly recommend it to anyone that rides, nobody knows so much that they can't learn things from this video. The whole course is painted on a parking lot at the local community college, they teach the MSF course there. I ride it about once a week just to practice. My friends ask how I can go so slow and not go down, I tell them about the video but none of them have asked to borrow it, oh well.
Dang it! Okay I guess even a real old dog that has been riding 35+ years can even learn new tricks. So you guys talked me into it, I just ordered it off Amazon.

I've got the DVD, too, and its great. Try something--next time your in your car [er--cage] on the freeway, try the same thing on the hard curves and ramps. Concentrate on looking way ahead through the turn and keeping a strong foot on the gas pedal. Not only will it help you get in the habit, you'll be amazed how much better the cage whips through those turns!
