No doubt if there is an inspection program the red front lenses will get hit real quick. I knew there were some states that had bike inspections but I thought they were pretty limited. Is it still this way?

Can't speak for anywhere else but here in NH I would put a sticker on anything that wasn't obnoxiously loud but no sticker if there was red lamps on the front..... then again I was very lenient about obnoxiously loud as I had drags on my scooter!
