They make one model in a narrow width, for those who need that.
They are comfortable for walking and/or all day riding. Still, I would not wear them on a serious hike, just as I would not wear my hiking boots for riding.

I left my Corcoran jump boots (82nd Abn) in the garage for about 15 years. They got dry rotted, had to ditch em.
Anything you buy now is made in China. My red wings were a good price and they are comfortable.
Those Corcoran boots used to be made in Brockton Mass before they moved out to Asia somewhere. Too bad.
