When its really a silly question, like when there's a lot of snow and ice, I say "I tried but kept falling down and couldnt pick it back up, so I just drug it back in the garage with a chain and brought the car."

i think some of y'all need to get over yourselves. i work in an office with 10 people, 3 of us ride. those who don't will often ask us if we rode in today. not because they think its funny, but because they are genuinely interested. they may not ride, but they like to be involved in our conversations about the ride we took over the weekend, or the dumba** cager who tried to take us out on the way in, or even, damn, its too cold to ride today.....
you may think that some of your smart a** remarks have really showed them, but in reality, they are probably trying to figure out wtf is wrong with that guy?

I think it's a couple things. First, I think it's just a way for a friend to say; Damn this weather sucks!" Mostly, because it does. Second, there's just two or three that are being meatspanks about it. Don't know for sure why. They don't say jack to me any other time about anything. (I have my suspicions but I choose to not stray from the topic of this thread.)
