Is it true that a full set of pipes cost $1500 now a days 600 or 700 for the pipes and 700 for set up?? race tuner air box ect. Im just looking at the saleman like he is telling me a lie. If thats what it costs then so be it im just behind the times I guess. He said 2005 and on thats the way it is. Is he trying to take me or what?
Thanks New Guy

Allot to be said for having a Carb. I'd look on ebay for some pipes and then put them on yourself and take it in to have them do whatever it is they have to do to make it run right again. Might save you a few bucks.

$600~$700 for the pipes unless you just go slipons.
$100~$300 depending on the AC you choose.
$150~$400 depending on how you want to adjust your fuel mixture.
$??? Whatever they charge for labor if you don't do the work yourself.

That's about the running price everywhere I've checked for a full set of good pipes on the newer fuel injected bikes.

If you have a dealer put them on yes your looking at $1,500 bucks.

I have a 2007 FXDC bought my big radius for $525 online motorsports store last year bought my PCIII for $298 fuel moto and my Stage I AC for $100 at dealer

so $923 put them on myself and saved the labor. And from what i have seen price of pipes and PC is up this year so even doing it yourself your looking at little over a grand.

I've checked several of those. Also JPCycles, Ebay etc. I don't buy anything from the dealer I don't have to. Maybe the brands I'm looking at, and the fact the the dyna selection is a little more limited.
