Great site, guys. I'm a newbe to the forums, riding and Harley. My question- where should I hang the new "luck" bell by sweetheart gave me yesterday?

Front, right side of the bottom of the frame just in front of the foot/running controls/boards.

do you guys zip tie them or tie wire or what? I just received one last week as well and didn't know how a plastic zip tie would hold up to heat, wind, debris over time.

Well since your girl gave it to you go with what the other guys said. If not, I'd say hang it somewhere where you keep the chaps and fingerless glove. That chits way too played out.

You couldn't be more wrong there bubba. Most every single biker I know rides a Guardian Bell....including hardcore ones that would make you "chit" (as you put it) your pants....LOL

leeinmemphis, mine is on with a metal key ring that came with it. Zipties, etc would not last and you would lose it.

Mine is on the orig. metal ring, I drilled a small hole on the crossplate just above the regulator and used the ring to hold it. Been there for 4 years and 40k, still fine!

Yeah, and the dealer sent me two in the mail. Nothing commercial about that. I'm beginning to shake in my boots. Maybe I do need a luck bell to protect me from those big bad hardcore bikers...or so I can feel like one too.LOL I cannot get over the things that make a person feel like more of a biker or like they belong to some kind of brotherhood. Damn, I wish I would've thought of manufacturing gay little bells for you tough guys.
