Looking to change the sound of my wife's 02' Fatboy which has Rinehart staggered exhaust on it. Not looking for so much as louder but a deeper exhaust note!
For those that have used the BCTB would you do it again or not? Did they make your bike too loud....Quiet it down too much...not really any change....run like crap after install?
Just curious before I spend the money!
I did a search which was helpful but still not enough direct answers....Would you buy them again or not?
I would. I had them in my SE-II slip-ons and they sounded great. The sound wasn't louder, just deeper. Lower frequencies tend to be omnipresent, so there is a perception of louder volume.
They make them for my Side Shots. If I go through with some motor mods I'm considering, I'll probably install them since I'll need a dyno and new map anyway.
I have the QQ's on my 06 & they sounds great. I like the QQ's better then the originals which I had first but they sounded good too. The QQ's are a little deeper sounding but the both are pretty loud.

THANKS in ADVANCE!
Yep, got the QQ on my V&H BR 2-2.....just the sound I was looking for!!
it always amazes me evertime i see a thread about pipes and sound why the rush pipes never get any mention? is there something wrong with them i should be aware of or is it just because they aren't as well known as some of the other brands. i have the rush slip on's on my sporty and am very happy with the sound they produce
