I have the quick disconect leather tour pack with a solo mustang seat on my RKC. It fits like any other tour pack behind the passanger and was wondering what would be needed to move it forward for 1 up riding.Would I need a new bracket or just move it forward? It looks so much better when riding 1 up for sure. 04harleyboy your bike looks awsome with that tour pack like it is, can you move it back when riding 2 up??

Chop.

Thanks, all you would need to run your tourpak forward is the detachable solo tourpak hardware, and the passenger backrest mounting hardware. I have both the solo and the two up brackets, so yes I can switch them, but its a 10 minute job. I have a king and a chopped tour pak. I keep the chopped on the two up, and run the king solo for now.

Thanks for the pics. That actually looks much better than what I was picturing. Looks pretty comfy too. Maybe I'll try it out. Is it a pain to switch a tour pack back and forth between a solo and 2-up rack? I have my 2-up rack and tourpak on order, so I haven't experienced putting them together yet. I was thinking it may be nice to have the flexibility of just getting the 1-up rack also and change it back and forth depending on where i'm going and if the ball and chain is coming with or not.

Its not too bad after you do it a couple of times, once you get the technique down. Like I said, it takes about 10 minutes after you have done it a couple of times. If you only switch it out for the long trips, its well worth it. I keep my chopped tour pak on the two up for when I have a passenger, and the solo on the king for trips. I take my trips riding solo so far
