Some that aren't bulky or sacrafice feel. More or less something that the dam wind doesn't blow right through.

Go to home depot and buy some painters latex rubber gloves. Thin enough to not get in the way of feel. Stops the wind and when you're done with them they're cheap enough to throw away. Just wear your summer gloves over them.

I ride with deerskin gloves from Fox Creek. I have the gauntlets for winter and the riding gloves for warmer weather. Not cheap, but excellent gloves IMO.

Olympia makes damn fine pair of glove and they have some leather ones that are waterproof as well. Great for the money.

This is a good place to get gloves, made in the USA, not overly pricey either. Churchill gloves at http://www.jrcglove.com/

I have a $10 pair from the grocery store that are just as good an any other I have tried. The only gloves that will truly keep your hands warm are electric heated. Any temp between 45 and 60, I wear the $10 ones that do just fine. I've wasted a lot of money on expensive leather that turned out to be no better than the cheap ones.

Stick with Deerskin. Fit nicely & you can wash them out & they will still fit the same. Foxcreek leather is expensive but you get what you pay for.

I went to a local leather goods shop and got a pair of thin leather gloves. They are good for cool weather but I also bought a pair of Under Armour thinsulate gloves to wear under the leather for extreme cold weather riding. Works nice in 20's degree weather.

I have the Fox Creek gloves, yeah the expensive ones, but any Ski Shop would have some great gloves for chilly riding.

For you guys in the south:
SKEE SHOP - A retail store specializing in sporting goods suited to sliding on snow.

SNOE - The crystalline form of of water, found covering the ground in Maine for a full six months

Fox Creek would be nice if you can afford them. If not, try Chilhowee.net.
