In Arkansas, one of the best roads is Hwy 7.
From Euerka Springs to Hot Springs.

Well, in Montana...

Beartooth Hwy (until it gets clogged by the Sturgis set)

US 287 from Three Forks to West Yellowstone

US 89 from Livingston to Gardiner

MT 278 to MT 43 Dillon to Lost Trail Pass through the Big Hole

US 93 up the Bitterroot Valley from Lost Trail to Missoula

MT 84 from Four Corners (Bozeman) to Norris through Beartrap Canyon

US 191 from Belgrade to West Yellowstone through Gallatin Canyon

..and plenty more

So far my best riding hasn't been in the States but rather Canada, specifically Cape Breton's Cabot Trail. Going to Americade in Lake George NY in June so I hope to find some nice riding there.

Around my parts best riding is North of Washington's Crossing in Trenton. 29 along the river is nice but the secondary offshoots are even better. On the other side in PA, Bucks county has some nice riding with alot of historic covered bridges.
