personally, i never bought into the "chick bike" thing. women are perfectly capable of riding an ultra classic and there is nothing girly about a 883 or 1200 cc motorycle.
i see more harley women on bikes OTHER than sporties. frankly, i say, "good for them". women should get the hell off the back of the bike and enjoy riding. its an enjoyable thing.
