Refund Question

Anybody finance Gap Insurance and extended warranty and payoff the bike early...

Trying to find out about refunds that are owed...so wondering what the process is...

My dealer cut me a refund check after taking care of the loan payoff. Took a couple of weeks.

I paid off my loan early on my Dyna and then cancelled the extended warranty a year early. HD Financial would not address the warranty, I had to deal directly with the warranty people in a different state. I did get a nice refund on the unused portion of the warranty though. Thought I was treated pretty fairly by them too.

I bought the extended warrenty with my '06 Street Glide, bought a new Road King just before the extended warrenty went into affect. I had to go back to the dealer that I bought the original bike from, but they refunded almost all if what I paid for the warrenty. That was a pleasant surprise.

I got the payoff statement today so
I'll call my dealer and see what they tell me....

I was told to bring in the original papers from the Gap and the Extended warranty to fill out more paperwork and then it takes 6-8 weeks from then to get the refund
